The Rides Of Life

Ahhh..... back to station life for 2 weeks. but guess what....
i met up with a minor accident.... dammit

was filtering into the PIE and was behind a bus. wanted to filter right, checked my blind spot.
when a turned my head back, the bus in front of me jammed his brakes. instinctly, i swerved to the right to avoid him, scraped the bus, but got hit by a bike from the side/back. both bikes fell but both of us were standing. his handle bar hit my right hand. felt a really sharp kinda pain. checked the back of my hand found some bruises and abrasions. checked the front of my hand, found 2 deep lacerations on my pinkie filled with blood dripping down on the floor and my bike. i instantly knew i needed stitches. not much damages so we all went our seperate ways. I hitched a ride from a colleague, who was also riding behind me to SGH. did a x-ray, but no fractures. but true enough, stitches were unavoidable. 6 stitches in fact. wooooot!

just when i was about to change my bike to a Phantom, this had to happen.

one word - SWAY

oh well, learnt a good lesson anyway..... the hard way

heavy traffic + tail-gating = 6 stitches

but on the brighter side, i got 4 days MC. never had 4 days MC in my life before
i'm just thankful that God was there to protect me. it could be worse.
Lord, You are merciful.....
